Orfeo
The brief for The Royal Opera House production of Orfeo; taking place in the round in Camden’s Roundhouse, went something along the lines of:
"Two days to get set, sound and light in before the first rehearsal, for which everything must be completely ready. Everything needs to be amplified for clarity, but in such a way that no-one notices."

Meltdown
Meltdown is the annual festival of music, art, performance and film that offers a guest producer the opportunity to take over Southbank with their own ideas for ten days. It had its inception over 20 years ago and guest producers have included Elvis Costello, John Peel, David Bowie, Jarvis Cocker, Ray Davis and Morrissey. Read more

This year’s concert by the London Symphony Orchestra in Trafalgar Square was supposed to be the last of three sponsored by BMW. The concerts aim to offer outstanding music performed in the open air free to everyone. Read More

Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall is a space we know reasonably well and we were fortunate enough to work with Africa Express last year. The two came together at the end of 2014 when the decision was taken to perform Terry Riley’s In C Mali on the bridge of the Turbine Hall. Read More
Ignite at the Royal Opera House
Sponsored by Deliotte each year Ignite brings together artistes from many disciplines and the program ran in 2014 for four weeks in the autumn.
